Winter 2025

How lucky we were with our outdoor Christmas performance this winter, after such a seriously wet start.  Blessed with a dry day and even a touch of blue sky for our outdoor performance at the Langport Christmas market, we really enjoyed singing Pete's chosen set of 7 seasonal songs.

Better still, we enjoyed singing again one last time at our end of term Friends & Family event in the All Saints Hall in Langport - suitabily decked out with fairy lights on mass.  This is our first winter in the All Saints Hall and we are enjoying exploring our new venue and how it can best work for us.

With the winter festivities now past, the rains have returned in earnest and even before we started a new term on the 19th January, the river at the Great Bow Wharf was already heading to the top of the old arches.  Here's hoping that we get some respite from the rains soon and are spared too many flooded roads - missing our Monday evening practices is unthinkable!
